Commissions are open again, 2024 Edition!

Greetings! So! We are opening commissions again! Rejoice, and please! Read this post! It’s important for the both of us so nobody gets upset!

TL;DR: Commissions are open again and anything ordered will be worked on in December 2024 and throughout the first Quarter of 2025! And! Every TF2 Item is on the menu for pre-orders!

Alright! An important notice that anyone dealing from our Shop should read! Thank you for your interest in our work and your diligence, we are beyond thrilled to have items made available again! Here is what’s on our minds!

We are opening our Commissions again as PRE-ORDER! Anything you buy will have their crafting duties and processes begun in December of 2024 and stretching further into the first Quarter of 2025. So anything ordered as of September 19th, 2024 will be worked on from December 2024 to late March 2025! If you were planning on getting something before Christmas, it is not feasible! 

Anyone that reached out beforehand throughout the past months has priority, just send us a DM or an email again so we know who's to be put at the top of our list!

Why so? For the following reasons!

-There are orders we still need to ship out, about 25-ish, but my Health (Arkan here, hello!) requires us to open the gate to make sure we can get around all the funny appointments and healing while staying abled! We stated it explicitly before: we wanted to clear out all our work first before taking on more duties, but alas this is a requirement for staying healthy and out of troubles, despite not being fully happy about it! We compromise best we can, and we value the time and money you spend on us!

-We have a lot planned for 2025! Having work in advance lets us decide how much we take in so we will plan way in advance rather than staying in the “à la carte” endless rush of items’ direction and loop we had going on since 2016. We’re settling on making better props and cosplays, so we are reducing the volume’s output for a year at least for the sake of quality, health and fun! As craftswomen we grew to dislike the continuous flow of props we have to check out of a list rather than finish satisfied with our efforts! 

-Novelty is refreshing! We are making almost all TF2 items available again for about 2 months! 60 Days! We want to diversify ourselves in what we propose and with already 4 set making duties planned for next year (wink wink Shork, Cool Developer Madame and “She Understood Death”) we want to break out of our rut of making Scatterguns and Mediguns forever! There are a lot of hats and coats too, you know..! And so many other universes we want to live through and expand on! As such, we are opening spots that we know we have to fill and are willing to indulge in new crafts… Because if we’re open again, might as well!

There are plenty more reasons but these are the ones that matter in the grand scheme of things! Please note that we have no idea how quickly we’ll close our commissions again, it depends a lot on what is ordered and what we feel is reasonable enough in our plate to undertake!

A word about your possible worries!

If something is worked on weeks or months later, regardless of how much time elapsed, we ALWAYS made a point to keep common sense and apply your buyer’ rights even when it expired whenever we are canceling an order and getting your funds back! It’s an inevitable part of a Business and we’d rather have you reassured than worrying over your ongoing order: we are aware of what’s on our plate and your dedication to our crafts! We’re working toward it! We are not going anywhere but our workshop, production room and desks thanks to your support!

Any other important news? 

Why yes, I’m not stuck with a crippled vaccinated arm, my keyboard is!

We have our very lately done annual price increase that corrected all listings across our Website! We plan on upgrading a LOT in terms of quality and as a workshop, and it’s an established occurrence so no point in going on about it! But we want people to be aware of our habits! 

Also, we will not partake in Black Friday, Cyber Mondays and other sale events of the like, ever again! These are events from a culture far from what handmade craft is about and it’s damaging the link and interactions we have with our customers! We are not a sweat shop or a print farm, our crafts take dedication from Kao’s and I (Arkan, hello again) and we’d rather thread on with like-minded people than branding ourselves 10 percents off for a month with free shipping added in the gross margin THEN Christmas sale THEN January THEN March THEN Summer THEN- You get the idea..! Charity is another happily endorsed weight though, we’ll get to it another time!

Finally! We are not doing quarterly updates on Orders willingly! They take time and it’s not an efficient way to convey anything but vague progress. We’d rather be at our stations and get to our email duties instead! We’re improving our schedule to make sure we get news delivered, but if there’s nothing your way it’s either because your order is well underway or soon on our hands to process!

I lied, this is the Final Thought! We opened our shop in late 2019, and right after that Covid hit. We won’t get on about what happened in those messy blurry years, it was the same as all of you in a miserable place, just be aware that we are going back to our roots in our ways of expressing ourselves! Be it posts, videos, and our presence online: we’re tired of this very serious front that calls for sterile interaction and not letting people see who we truly are! I felt the effect of this on the TFConnect 2023’s couch disappear and we’re done not being true with our people! Expect more totally serious posting, is what I’m saying..!

And would you look at the time... It’s already late 2024 and there are only 3 months away from 2025! How? WHY!
