Im Laufe der Jahre haben unsere Versanddienste unsere Requisiten beschädigt, deshalb haben wir dickere Kartonbögen, dichtere Luftpolsterfolie und riesige Säcke mit Füllmaterial verwendet. Dies löste das Problem.
Aber jetzt, mit unseren schwereren und komplexeren Designs, haben wir gehört, dass 3 unserer "Haupt-"Verkaufsrequisiten (Medigun, Pipe Launcher und Scattergun) Probleme hatten. Designs, für die ich, Arkan, verantwortlich bin.
DESHALB! Wir haben jede Requisite aktualisiert, um noch mehr Widerstandsfähigkeit und Passgenauigkeit zu gewährleisten. Holzteile werden in 3D-gedruckte Teile geschoben, mit 3 verschiedenen Klebstoffen verklebt und zusätzlich mit Nieten, internen Schnappklemmen oder Schrauben gesichert. Wir werden einige der am stärksten beanspruchten Teile mit hohem Infill drucken oder sie komplett durch maschinell gefertigte Teile ersetzen. Dies stellt sicher, dass es keine Mängel auf unserer Seite gibt.
Wir wollen keine weiteren traurigen Kunden haben, weil wir es besser hätten machen können. Dies könnte eine oder zwei Wochen für neue Anfragen hinzufügen, aber wir ziehen es vor, uns so viel mehr Zeit zu nehmen, damit nichts kaputt geht.
