A two parts Helmet held by strong Magnets in many variants! What's in this build?
Padded with 1.8 leather on the skull's top and with an adjustable helmet chin strap so that you can align your vision to the face mask and lenses regardless of your physiology. If you have doubts, feel free to reach out: we're used to it!
Lenses are 3mm Acrylic with a reflective film on the inside and illuminated by bright LEDs from the outside: no one will see your eyes and they have the distintive glow visible even in broad daylight.
We added a fan on the inside that runs at 3/4th speed that you can clock up to 12VDC for full RPM. We also include with enough cable length and a Micro JST-PH 2.0 connector so you can use or rig your own battery(ies) if the 9VDC connector we use -and include- is not to your liking. Stock, connectors are dangling and can be stored on the inside of the helmet above your skull's top. We know people like to have their cable management done themselves so we prefer to let the user chose where this stuff goes.
The 9VDC battery case has a magnet inside so it's not going anywhere no matter your weird high speed head movements. We see you, cosplay stunt people..!
Light' System runs on 9VDC: do not go higher or you will burn it. The Fan is UP TO 12VDC, same applies as before: stay within this range and never go higher. Let the system cool off every now and then too.
Each lights are controlled with an I/O switch (IR, Lamp and Lenses). The IR (orange) and Lamp (White) lights also have a push button on each side of the right ear's control panel to toggle things quickly.
Made with Prusament PLA, vegetable tanned leather and various electronics components. Fully post-processed item, painted with Heavy Body Acrylics, Enamel paints and many clear coats.

There are 3 variants available for You.
-Clean: Self explanatory! Nothing but a pristine condition Helmet in its prime, factory new! We keep the texture for the face mask and get some highlights done but that's about it.
-Weathered: The closest one to what you get in-game - and the one displayed through our current pictures (02-28-2025)! There are old rust and grime to it: it has seen the dust and patina of over 200 years and has been somewhat kept from rusting further from then on.
-Rusty: We add ANOTHER layer on top of everything, that we call "young rust" in our studio. This is the colourful variant of our helmet with layers upon layers of weathering that tells a story - or even two through a caravan run.
If you want custom serials, logos, anything really, just let us know either in advance or in your order's note: TyrsfallTV variant was a unique piece that was a pleasure to make! Depending on your request it might become a custom order exceeding the initial pricing, but go crazy and we'll come back to you, don't worry!
